Policies
Appointments Spa services are available by appointment and can be scheduled seven days a week. New Guest All new clients please arrive ten minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. Any late arrivals may experience a shortened service to allow our specialists to be on time for his/her next guest. Running Late? At the Beauty & Spa, we try to do everything possible to make sure all services are met and on time. If you are running more than 15 min late for an appointment, your service may be shorted or cancelled due to schedule conflicts with other guests. If your service cannot be performed, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment for another day. Ticket Purchase All tickets need to be purchased at the Livorno Fitness Center. Tickets can be purchased with cash or check. Tickets need to be shown before the service. Gift Certificates Gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination for any service. They are not be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates are guaranteed for 6 months. Beauty & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance so we may accommodate other guests. For spa packages, all cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Your appointment is a commitment of a therapist’s time. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Children For their own safety and the comfort of other guests, we respectfully ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to the nail and spa areas. Special Needs Please advise us upon booking an appointment of any medical problems, conditions, limitation and/or allergies before services. Spa Atmosphere We encourage soft voices and NO CELL PHONE USAGE while visiting with us to ensure each guest receives the ultimate spa experience.
